Refund policy

**Eligibility:**
- The product must be returned within 30 days of the shipment date.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

**Process:**
1. Contact our customer service team at rnmoutdoors@outlook.co.nz to initiate a return.
2. Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue with the product.
3. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back to us. (At the customers expense)
4. After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

**Exceptions:**
- This guarantee does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
